Notes
- Instructing Companies House to form your limited company, with initial setup of registered office, initial directors, company secretary, subscriber shareholders etc. Fee includes Companies House formation fee.
- Documents supplied as PDF with hard copies sent to you by post.
- We forward company details to either RBS or Barclays Bank for them to contact you. You will be responsible for providing personal identification to the bank. A company bank account takes on average one to four weeks to get up and running - please bear this in mind when setting up your company as you cannot get paid until an account is open!
- This enables you to file annual accounts and the company annual return online, which will save you time and money going forward.
- We complete all necessary HMRC paperwork for you to ensure you are set up for PAYE, VAT and Corporation Tax.
- We can provide use of our Aberdeen address as your registered office, which will ensure that important Companies House and HMRC correspondence is dealt with quickly.
